Magnus, former paladin of Abbathor. He started as a piece of shit, got forcibly redeemed (if you can call it that) with the transformation from Zariel's sword, followed by falling again after Dispater collected on his pact (we TPK'd and he sold his soul to undo it). This is him finding the feather Zariel gave him at the end of the campaign, post-campaign, which he'd lost, giving a nice little bit of hope that he might not just be totally fucked. The feather calls her for help.
