I have a question about Vivi as mainly a Yugioh player who has a decent amount of Magic knowledge. When Vivi's text box says, "Activate only on your turn and only once per turn," I am assuming that is a hard once per turn, correct? I have no interest in the card, but interested in a deeper understanding of the rules of Magic.
