Is it really THAT bad to have acceleration on? I remember being told in the past to turn off "enhance pointer precision" on windows, more than a few times, because it was just a different name for mouse acceleration and it made you worse at most fps games (this was back when i was playing apex and some other shooter games pretty religiously).
I tried to turn it off but i immediately felt annoyed with how my mouse was moving while just browing tabs or watching youtube or really just doing anything in my computer, i turned it back on less than 30 minutes later, didn't even get to try a game with it off it, mouse just felt too "wrong"
I always hear about how it's way better to have it off and that it improves this and that, but i already feel like my aim is pretty good as is, don't see a reason to change it but maybe im self-sabotaging myself, does anyone else here have it on? or is it really that uncommon to like it.
