so imagine you get donk right.. you fully shave his body.. or use veet or something. anyway you make him completely smooth

you have him visit a dentist to clean his teeth.. maybe fix his snaggletooth if possible (though he could otherwise wear a ballgag)

making him get a mani-pedi would probably be good too

have him grow out his hair a bit more

have a girl who's good at make-up/hair do him up real nice

have him wear like a cute little nightie
