I did it and have enjoyed it stupendously.
It was a while ago but if I remember right I was playing it at 60hz with 1080p.
I have a 3080ti, and a Ryzen 7 7800X.
The best part is you can play with some mods (enhanced edition) to do some fun runs like starting the game with the kos parasite and the cauliflower head rune.
Great time, love this stupid game.
