A lot of the issues I have with the scale aren't in certain manufacturers like Zvezda whom for my money do the best work, but they're purely historical(their fantasy line was 1/56 and now long oop) and I want my Achaemenids in 1/56. It also kinda defeats the biggest draw of 1/72 which is the wide assortment of figure types.
On the left a Zvezda hoplite, on the right a linear b thug.
