WGA's Les Grognards kit is pretty close to them out of the box, and are compatible with GW's kits (at least some of them) if you want a little more GW elements in them.

Although, for Horus Heresy, you'd have to make them a Genos-Regiment since Vostroyans explicitly refused to partake in the Heresy one way or another, but nothing saying you couldn't make them Vostroyans in all but name.
