The spell is a generic ritual for lights that lets you ignore and summon from deck, Lo is a 1 card tribute for any loght monster not even a soft once just anytime, several of the monsters say summon from deck. If konami wanted rituals to do stuff they should basically make a voiceless for each attribute so that every ritual can just a slop deck of their own colors.
