Ironically having those sort of shit subs would probably be a way for more people to watch Zeztz if that's the only goal.
If an early episode has some huge controversy in its subs then you get dozens of streamers talk about the series for a week during prime airing season and then after a couple days you "fix" the "mistake" and they make another video about it praising the company's decision to respond to backlash.
Marketing these days honestly seems super easy if you know how the internet works.
