You actually do. And by not allowing them to pass, or staying in a passing lane, you are breaking the same level of law as speeding.
Speeding doesn't cause accidents (makes accidents worse, doesn't usually cause them), cars clustering together and fighting because no one follows lane discipline does cause accidents.
I don't care about the law at all, personally - I care about safety. But when someone brings up "speeding is illegal" I'll obviously counter with the law that they are breaking. Then they get buttmad and post threads about it for months because they think they're the vigilante road police stopping speeders and their ego won't allow them to admit they were wrong. Too funny.
