What matters isn't exceptional individuals but systemic patterns, and there really is no huge systemic pattern of misandrist violence that's of any concern to law enforcement.
And if we're going with the most broad understanding of the original statement, it IS true that "women aren't doing this."
Because while disparate groups of women kill men misandristly, women as a collective don't kill men misogynistically, while men as a collective do routinely kill women: there is nothing even close to an equivalent for incel spree killers and mass rape in war, and that's just killing and raping. There has never been anything close to a reverse-equivalent to the way men treated women like chattel in any society in any period in history
