Yeah, in their fight back in the 70s or whatever where Spidey won with webs. I've already said Spidey's webs and speed let him hit above his weight class.
Luke is a 25+ tonner and Spidey is still I believe a 10+ tonner by Marvel's own standards, it would be extremely weird if Spidey was considered at all comparable or stronger.
