It seems much better like we don't have to deal with the constant disasters that plague the East coast, until there's a massive fire or earthquake. Most of the boomers who lived here are moving to other states, cause literally nobody gets enough money from their insurance or actually rebuild their house. And nobody is going to rebuild all the old apartment and condo buildings where they lived for 30+ years under rent control.
