Pokke is straightforward but her execution is immaculate, there's a lot of meaning in her facial expressions and actions.
Also I think a hot-blooded protagonist is inherently better than an "idol-like" protaognist like Special Week which feels more like a diet Love Live.

In the launch: Vodka and Winning Ticket are very tomboy-ish.
But you could argue some like Tokai Teio, Taiki Shuttle, El Condor Pasa.
