By default you usually want at least 3 speed cards in a deck. A lot of people even go 4 and higher. If you have any SSR speed cards level them now. Fine Motion is always a good addition because of her events and bonuses. Super Creek has the most busted stamina skill(swinging maestro) in the game so she's also always a top pick.
3 speed 2 stamina 1 wit is pretty consistent for me. If I'm using a late/end position runner I might do 3 speed 2 stam 1 power. Or 3 speed 1 stam 1 power 1 wit if I want to use Fine Motion but I hear it's bad to spread the card types out too much cause it makes them less likely to show up on the same training. Still learning as I go myself.

Support cards give you skills and random events that can recover energy/mood/etc. (In addition to helping you train their specific stat with friendship training.)
Fine Motion and Super Creek cards (and soon Kitasan) are wanted for their versatility: the things they provide can be good on ANY horse you run.
Most of the OTHER CARDS instead provide very specific skills and bonuses, like say Pace Chaser stamina recovery, or Late Surger acceleration increase or Mile races speed bonus. You will have to choose them depending on your horses' running style, races they do and how you plan on training her. There's no point in having a support card with Late Surger skills for your horse if you're a Front Runner.

You will have to do the dreadful thing of actually clicking on your cards and reading what they provide.
FM and SC are nice to have "turn brain off cards" but you can still get by with minmaxing autism. (And praying for good RNG.)

That's quite solid deck imo. Mlb SSR Special Week+ SR Eishin Flash + either SR King Halo or SR Narita Taishin is a decent speed core. Just level them to the max because it's a huge difference. After that it's situational and depend on which kind of length and running style the uma has. I don't know if this is purely ancedotal or what but I've found the Arima Kinen to be insanely lenient (outside of Urara's run). Probably helps it's the last turn before the Finals start so you should be pretty buff at that point

If stamina is a part of your goal you should try to bring along one solid stam support card. Training power alone (and getting stamina as a bonus) typically doesn't cut it for medium/long campaigns.
Also try to be more ambitious with your training, 20% failure is still an 80% hit rate

I check McQueen and Gold Ship have that as part of their goals. It's third year late April. Be warned though it's extremely brutal becaus it's the longest race in game, more than Arima Kinen.

I hate the AI gold ship so much, that retard goes from like 12th so 1st at the end of the race
