here's my progress thro the first day without prior knowledge of drawing. Basically started with 0 understanding about the skull shape, no loomis/etc, no technics on how to draw, what the face proportions are - just trying to copy manga I've been reading for the past few days.
And the second picture is, yet again, a friend of mine after I bingewatched like 5-6 hours of youtube tutorials of what the human skull/proportions look like and it felt gratifying to see such immense progress in a single day, not even.
I understand how it might feel drawing for a couple of years and feeling stagnation and your own art becoming stale at some point, but this would be the sign to start learning something new for me. Try maybe animal anatomy, fuck it, just for the sake of it. Even if you are not interested in drawing animals, it's always better to try something out rather than being in this cycle of not wanting to draw because you feel like it's not giving you satisfaction like it used to.
