My best experience so far is Kowloon House. It would be at the at the top of the List for Filipino fast food.
Kyukyu Ramen 99 is great too.
Mang Inasal seems to be consistently good but their menu is limited. The Chicken and Java rice are really the best things on the menu. They always seem to be packed.
Jollibee would be pure garbage if the chicken wasn’t decent and those fried pies are any less tasty.
Chow King is only slightly above Jollibee.
However, places like Minute Burger are absolutely fucking trash. Avoid them.

Angel’s Pizza is the best Filipino fast food pizza by far.
