you make a decent point! but if you’re reading this and you think you match OP’s description just know not everyone cares too much if you’re “ugly”. don’t think looks matter too much. as someone who can say that smart sciencey people are my type, i simply don’t consider looks at all if they’re smart, and i’ve rejected a lot of “attractive” people because i know by interaction i’d never be able to get an intellectual conversation out of them, which is important to me.
