so what do you do as an english translator?
"Virgin" - leaves out information
"Incel" - Kinda gets it across but the term has western baggage
"Virgin Complex" - no one talks this way and is ambiguous
"Guys who are weird about their virginity" - maybe?

There is no such thing as a literal translation, and the two languages don't always match 1:1, hence the 300 posts about one line.
