Also why is it the Trump admin has formally asked the SC to take cases several times (which the SC then expedites) but they have never once asked the court to take a 2A case?

Nobody cares about the stupid tax stamps $200 isn't that much these days and plenty of states have straight up banned those things anyways (with many more to follow if it passes).
