I'm looking for a tablet that can emulate DS games at a stable 60fps and x2 resolution in a computer desk setting. Here's what I want:

1. I need it to run Windows OS and NOT Android OS because I want to use melonDS. No, I don't want to use DraStic, melonDS Android port, etc. I'm willing to install a Linux distro if necessary.
2. It doesn't need to be bigger than 11" or so.
3. It needs to have at least 1 USB-A or USB-C port albeit this is probably guaranteed.
4. Ideally, it has a touch screen and it comes with a stylus.
5. If it can emulate 3DS games, then that's even better.
6. My budget is <$500. I don't want to spend upwards of 4 figures just to emulate DS games.
7. No, I don't want to buy a DS, a Steam Deck, etc.; they're not what I'm looking for.

I tried a Fusion5 tablet. It was so slow that I didn't even make it to the desktop. Yes, it's that bad.

Then I tried a Microsoft Surface Go 2 tablet. It wasn't able to run a fully 2D DS game without it chugging on me, so I'm guessing that it has insufficient hardware.
