That would be cool, yes. However.. I doubt anyone is going to get much done in the first couple of hours. I'm also looking to take it slow. Maybe not reduced exp slow but I will by no means rush. If you're interested I'll be playing during Central NA hours! Some anon suggested making a public chat channel similar to those in XIV. I think that's a good idea, no one has to commit to anything yet.
