That connection always felt forced as fuck to me. Ulquiorra, who should have no reason to ever speak that poetically, suddenly harps on about how the Sun is in our hands, and we get this page of Orihime immediately after which makes the symbolism clear; it's related to her powers. And I don't even see any connection with Aizen's comment about her not smiling; it really seems he was just being his creepy pedo self, just like he acts with Ichigo a few volumes later.
At least with Masaki the analogy is clear as day; she was the glue who held the Kurosaki family together, as they orbited around her like planets do around a star. Unless you wanna make some stretched comparison with how Orihime is fawned over by many characters, I really don't see the parallel.
