How about shield bash combo? You can charge up and throw your shield with magic and then you can catch the magic on the return, and charge it back up and throw it back again. You can do it like 4-5 times in rapid succession and each time you parry your own magic attack, it gets stronger and stronger. Super satisfying and fun to do. I did it for the entire game and it never got stale. The dropkick is very fun to do. I love any video game where you can a hit dropkick. Death Stranding 2 has a great dropkick that literally does not get old either. So those are two very specific moves, the shield throw combo and the dropkick, that I never got tired of doing. The finishers are also fun. Smashing and crumpling a nerd with a big ass hammer is fun to do. The super attacks are all fun too. The game has fun action. It's just simple.

The gameplay isn't really the major problem with the game. The writing and the tone was the problem with the game. That fucked up tone affected the entire games botched design, which leads to being a completely watered down RPG babysitting simulator.
