I’ve lived all over the place. Spent my toddler years in Georgia, experienced first grade in japan, entered middle school in South Carolina, spent my teens in wyoming, became an adult in California.

Maybe I’m just autistic and overly obsessed with the past but I’ve been longing for my childhood for the past three or so years. I’m not too old, only 24, but I want to return to the places i’ve lived and I don’t know how. Should I join the military?

I’m just about to graduate with a degree that I now realize is probably useless and won’t make enough money for me to travel to those places. I don’t have student debt so I could go back in and get another degree in 3 years, but I feel like that would just put me at a disadvantage in life for waiting for more years to graduate. I should’ve already had my degree by now anyways.
