It's probably too late to sell for a profit. The old-timers (relative to pmg's life) have probably already acquired the meme coins they wanted, and the newbies don't have the feels of the old days when making memecoins was an adventure. The later rounds lack the sense of novelty of the originals. Given they were priced fairly high - say $60 - it'll be a while before even spot makes selling them a profitable venture.
There were a few speculators who bought bunches. I think the hope was 4chan and pmg would become some cultural icon that everyone would want to get in on. Kek...
