Sorry bro but I'm standing with Cathay. I have played exactly 2 empire campaigns and have fought then countless times, even in PvP.. They have absolutely nothing.
You want Artillery? Dwarfs.
You want Infantry? Chaos/Khorne.
You want Gunpower? Rats.
You want Archers? Elves.
You want SEM? Lizards.
There is nothing, not a single thing the Empire excels at. They are the typical druid meme in RPGs. They've got everything but suck at all of it.
