A friend wants to get into TOW and recently bought the big Tomb Kings box. I'm planning on setting up a game for him soon (1250pts) and Im wondering what kind of Skaven list would be the most fun for him to go up against.

I was considering maybe just infantry maxxing with maybe a hellpit/doom wheel or even just hiding Master Assassins in Rat swarms with a bunch of gutter runners for fun.
