I'm planning on getting a jack in september as a birthday present for myself, but I'm wondering if I should get one in 7.62x39 or 5.56.
I would like one in 7.62x39 but that ammo has gotten expensive and I like shooting my guns, so I was thinking about getting picrel. It would also be nice since the mags would fit easier in my rig.
Only thing is they apparently don't have cold hammer forged barrels, they have Nitride barrels which I have heard aren't as good as the latter.
Is this something I should get hung up on or does it not really matter.
