Phrolova might be the first actual good character in this game. Totally believable character and the quest didn't end in a fanservic-y way, first time since the beginning of Hi3rd where I felt like I was playing through a story bit with soul instead of a chinky checklist.
The story of Septimont has been so shit until now I was on the fence about skipping the entirety of this patch but I'm glad I didn't.
