Zone 4 has a shop and is used for a 2.5d scrolling bit of the main quest.
Zone 5 is the final boss. Which is part of the Phrolova set for some reason just to pad Iuno's farming next patch.

Back to doing 2 tacet fields a day for another month. Yippe. Seriously disappointing.

countrary to popular misconceptions - Villains dont sell. They almost always flop even if the character is popular in the story. So unless you are Darth Vader, every villain gacha character/toy figurine etc. likely to flop. Theres a reason why actors HATE playing Villains even so some roles are really standing out.

Second reason, she doesnt stand out. Wuwa characters becoming too generic and Phrolova is just lacking hat something to make her capture the attention aside being "evil".

Third, her kit sucks. Off screen and puppet combat is always unpopular and people dont want a character they wont play.

But overall, its not issue with Phrolova, Lupa also did badly and upcoming characters are unlikely much better. Its that after Advertisement phase ended after 2.4, Wuwa is back to normal number of players and already spend much in 2.4 and to make them roll, need something exciting and standing out, not just more of the same.

A cyberpunk Collab is probably when Wuwa will gain traction back.
