I installed the Rudy ENB for NAT 3 someone suggested here, and overall it looks fucking fantastic, except somewhere along the line of installing dependencies, NPCs started occasionally casting spells that look like this. I think it's frost, though I'm not certain.
Does anyone happen to know what is likely causing this? I'm really lazy and don't want to troubleshoot my way through my mod list.
