It's absolutely fucking hilarious watching this entire goddamn general cycle through these flavor-of-the-month IDW dykes like they're collecting trading cards. The pattern is so predictable it's almost pathetic. Some new fat crying lesbian """character""" gets introduced and suddenly half the thread is worshipping her like she's the second coming of Christ, only to completely abandon her the moment the next shiny new toy shows up. Remember when Tangle was the hottest shit? Jesus fuck, you couldn't escape her for months. Every other post was "OMG TOMBOY LEMUR WIFE" and "TANGLE SUPREMACY" with endless fanart spam. Now? Dead silence. The only person who still gives a shit about her is Realdash, and that's probably out of pure contrarian spite at this point. She went from waifu of the year to completely irrelevant background noise.
Don't even get me started on Whisper. The only reason anyone posts her anymore is to avatarfag as some fat, crying, pathetic incel who relates way too hard to her constant mental breakdowns. She's become the poster child for "I'm depressed and this is deep" teenagers who think trauma-dumping equals character development. Nobody actually likes her as a character. She's just a vessel for people to project their own misery onto. Flynn tried to write another "super mature" story with a super strong kickbutt female character, but instead devolved her into a worthless sack of emotions and melodrama. She was supposed to be a competent soldier and mercenary, but shippers want to see Tangle console her after her inevitable breakdown every fucking issue. It's team autism at its finest, and it's garbage.
