You can help change that Finlandbro - officially confirmed one hour ago that Finland and Lithuania will start up landmine production next year as soon as Ottowa Treaty 6 month expiry period is over and will permit transfering them to Ukraine for TZD purposes. Shame that Poland, Estonia and Lativa are still only planning to make landmines ‘if neccessary’ - should be selecting the factory sites now.
