It was (is?) Atlantis, the land of waterfalls. It is particularly forbidden because they dont want anybody to fly over and realize some parts are green and see what they look like.
Atlantis was supposedly a spiral continent in the middle of an ocean, as recorded by the egyptians. It supposedly had circular harbors for ships.
