theres people from several different timezones so there may be a decent playerbase "floor". Even then, the dips on community servers are not as pronounced than in casual servers, suggesting that much of the community server playerbase may just be idlers, bots, etc

Actually theres not that much of a difference on player dips between casual and community servers on teamwork.tf, there would only be 700 less players on community servers if they had the same percentage of daily dips as casual, i assume the bots are simply removed from community server stats
