I just noticed but are the Boonboomgers’s sculpted helmet lips the first time they done distinct lips for every ranger?

Now I’m wondering if they decided on giving BunOrange the stoic-looking old guy mouth long before they decided on Genba’s character. To fit with the construction vehicle motif of the suit, of course.
