What is Last Man Standing?
Last Man Standing (LMS) is a NoFap/Semen Retention challenge that is conducted annually.
Challenge start at 1st July. To participate you need to join an LMS telegram group.
Those who relapse will have to leave the LMS group, and the ones who don’t relapse stays in it.
This challenge is great because you are in the same group with people who have similar struggle as you and the whole point is to encourage each other to stay away from PMO as long as possible. I participated last year in LMS and it helped me to break my previous streak record, i hope i will do better this time. Join us and lets see who will be the last man standing.
If you wish to participate in LMS 6 you must join the LMS group before or on 30th June
From 1st July onwards, you won't be allowed to join.
