Capitalism's relentless drive for profit above everything else is the reason everything is falling apart. It's more important for managers to get another Tesla or have three holidays a year than it is to sort out costly extra safety checks.
Importing workers because they're cheaper labour and then not training them properly because, yep, that costs money that could be better spent in bossman's pocket is part of that.

As an aside I went to medical school twice in two different countries (long story) and it's filled with psychopaths and people who only talk about money no matter their skin colour. There are retard tier white people, indian people, chinese people who just cram information and don't give a fuck about anything except the prestige and paycheck that comes with being a doctor.
Funilly enough the students that seemed to most genuinely want to learn and be actual doctors were African, and one or two people from each racial group like me (white.)
