Something about this just looks...off? Hard to put my finger on it, but the proportions make him look bulky and awkward rather than sleek. Aside from that, the faces range from alright to bad and are all over the place and look like they were made by two different people. Crazy that Dragon Stars is (still) the best Perfect Cell we have.
