You have two options

Option 1 is to learn the A/B off tick method (search pecanbread on youtube) but that will involve having to flick both the south npcs while you're dealing with the frems

Option 2 is to automatically go north of pillar instead of west every time you see double south spawns, kill frems and then go back west of pillar when you're able to set up an off tick with the southies. You should be comfortable with how to off tick a two-stack without having to look it up or think too much about it every time. If you do then this will be the easier option in my opinion
