Chang Ge Xing, or Song of the Long March by Xia Da. It's a historical manga set during the Tang Dynasty during the reign of Tang Taizong. She's attempting to kill Taizong throughout most of the story because of the Xianwu Gate incident that killed off a lot of her family in the following purge. It was on hiatus due to the conflict between the publisher and the author, but I've heard tale that it will be coming back online when the author is done with a spinoff series. It ended on a cliffhanger that really needs to be finished.
