New England region.
>mostly white
>low crime
>the rural areas are cheap
>you get more bang for your buck on real state
>better schools
The only reason many don't choose to live there is becuse winters are harshed and summer are getting hotter and most house were not designed for 80-90 degree weather, but nothing a mini split cant fix.

This is New England, it's Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut all together, it makes up about 40,122,040 acres. If you were to walk from Greenwich CT to St Agatha ME, it would take 9 days and 4 hours without any breaks or sleep to walk across all of New England. The amount of previously protected wildlife land being sold is 6.23x New Englands, it would take you 57 days with no breaks or sleep to walk across the amount of wildlife that is going to be destroyed by Jewish owned hedge companies.
