I'm currently playing through Doom for the Saturn with the fix patch v0.2.1.

It's amazing how well it plays. It's not as "pretty" as the PSX version (no colored lighting, looks very drab), but the improved framerate and all restored features/effects are a great sign of things to come. Hopefully, this gets restored completely to match — or maybe even surpass — the PSX version of Doom.
