Lookit what I found for 100 euro in a second hand clothes store. I identify it as a Ratnik reversible overcoat, and it is awesome, and I think I did a good purchase regardless, but I would like to be able to tell if this is official Russian issue, something identical from an alternate provider, or a civilian market issue. I can find no markings anywhere and there is no face veil BUT there seems to be buttoning for one. Can anyone enlighten me on that?
