Did a drawing of one of the Slashers from my upcoming game. His name is the Bodybagger, an Undesirable/Freak who lives in the town dump. He can't remember his own name. He goes through peoples bins to find what they discard and see if it will fix his life, because he's always been envious of others. He breaks into the persons house, pulls them apart with his bare hands and stuffs them in bin bags before taking whatever he likes from the place and wearing it.

When it doesn't fix him as a person, he discards it at the site of his next killing. When he evolves into a Scourge, he'll find that he can't discard the trappings and they become a part of him. Maybe the remnants in the binbags do also, I've not decided yet.
