LMT isn't going to account for bad machining, they barely issues replacements for issues that impact functionality and it'll be a long wait. Off the top of my head there are two /arg/ posters that had issues with his toob being drilled out and another with a canted rail that they milled the side out of, covered in alumahide and sent back to him.
