These are the characters, no VAs or costumes yet. From left to right:

Ayashiro Suzune (protagonist)
> Student raised and trained in martial arts by single father. Dreams of helping people as a doctor or nurse, as she’s seen people hurt by martial arts since she was young.

The story is based on her investigating the Ooura sisters, old childhood friends, and encountering the titular underground fighting ring. Offers to fight in place of Miori.

Shitou Akina
> Cheerful gal girl, good at sports but poor at academics. Saved by Suzune and Ran from delinquents and is now loyal to them. No training but a fan of martial arts media.

Himoto Ran
> Rich girl trained in karate. Self-proclaimed rival to Suzune, even persuaded parents to let her attend the same academy.

Ooura Miori
> Calm, reliable, but distant girl who prioritizes her sister’s happiness above her own desires.

Ooura Miyori
> Shy and physically weak, but lives normally with martial arts training in Suzune’s family’s dojo when she was young.

For the males, we’re shown:
> An old man - host of the illegal fighting ring. Has a grudge against Suzune because her father beat his ass when he was a martial artist in his youth
> A fellow student that believes money and strength gets him anything he wants. Takes steroids (less muscular than the next guy though lol)
> A fighter that got booted from professional play from being a slob and an asshole, but hired by the aforementioned old man. Has a need to ejaculate at least a few times after a fight to calm down.

As a personal note, two girls with silver hair, and sisters at that. Let’s fucking go
