anon I think Billy is easier to play since you can curve around things, the straight dash really limits Wesker. Just maintain the right distance and try to go to curved tiles and he can't make anything happen.
I played Billy before he was dogshit, when he was dogshit, and now that he's good again. I get not liking Wesker, but he's one of the more fair killers in the game that is reasonably strong.
