just spitballing based on an enthusiast's ear but it might be part of the Hometown festival theme, giving it a few listens it shares a few tonal similarities with the Hometown motif, but would need software I can't be assed to get to confirm beyond doubt. Would also explain H as being for Hometown, Halloween, or Harvest. Jackenstein's story suggests the Festival is probably a October/November harvest festival.
